Deleting an Integration

Check the step-by-step guide to delete an integration

When an integration flow is no longer needed โ€” an old test, a discontinued integration, or a flow created by mistake โ€” you can delete it from the platform. Flows that have already been deployed can also be deleted, as long as no deployment is active.

IMPORTANT

The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone from the platform. When you delete a flow, you lose access to its deployment and execution information.

When a flow can be deleted

An integration flow can be deleted when:

  • It has never been deployed; or
  • All of its deployments have the Undeployed status.

If the flow has any deployment in a status other than Undeployed (Deploying, Deployed, Undeploying, or Error), the deletion is blocked and the platform displays the message "The Integration Flow can't be deleted if it is deployed.". In this case, remove the deployment (undeploy) of the flow before deleting it.

What is removed

When you confirm the deletion, the platform removes:

  • The integration flow and its components.
  • The flow's resources files and flow variables.
  • All of the flow's releases, with their files and variables.
  • The flow's deployment records and deployment history, which stop being displayed on the Deployments and Deployment History screens.
  • The flow's executions, which stop being displayed on the Executions screen.

To delete only a specific release and keep the flow, see the release deletion section in Creating a Release.

Deleting a flow

You can start the deletion in two places: on the Integration Flows listing screen or inside the flow itself.

Open the Delete option

On the Integration Flows screen, locate the flow you want to delete and click the trash icon (Delete Integration Flow) on the flow card.

You can also open the flow, click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner (next to the rocket icon), and select Delete.

NOTE

In old canvas (legacy) flows, click the gear icon to the left of the SAVE button and select Delete.

Confirm the action by typing Delete

In the DELETE INTEGRATION FLOW modal, type Delete in the Confirm Action field.

NOTE

The YES button stays disabled until the word is typed exactly as Delete.

Complete the deletion

Click YES. The platform displays a confirmation message and the flow stops appearing in the listing.

When the deletion is performed from inside the flow, the platform returns to the Integration Flows screen.
