Improvements

• Sidebar and Home with new Design System. The Sensedia Analytics interface has begun its modernization to ensure better alignment with the platform's UI standards. This update brings a new look to the Home screen and the implementation of the collapsible sidebar, which allows you to retract the side menu to expand the data viewing area. Other product screens will be modernized soon.

• It is now possible to update the list of indexable fields directly through the product interface. Fields created by the Additional Info interceptor can be included in the list without the need to open a support ticket with our team.

• Quick Access to Internal Documentation. We included a link at the top of Analytics that leads directly to the administrative API documentation (Swagger).

• Data Streaming (Beta) You can now view the Data Streaming options for Azure (Blob Storage) and Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Storage) directly in the interface. Activation can be requested directly via a support ticket.

Error Summary in General Trace — Powered by AI

• To speed up troubleshooting, you can now get an AI-generated summary for traces displaying errors (status codes between 400 and 599). This feature streamlines understanding the severity and identifying solutions.

Data Streaming to Azure Blob Storage and Google Cloud Storage

• Now you can send your API Gateway data directly to Azure Blob Storage and Google Cloud Storage. This functionality, in beta, makes data available in JSON format, similar to S3, facilitating its integration with internal systems and data lakes.

• We fixed a layout issue in the Dashboards (both in Sensedia Analytics and in the Sensedia Platform module) that caused some fields to appear cut off under certain screen resolutions or zoom levels.

  • Formatted JSON content: when the content is JSON, it will be displayed as formatted JSON; other formats will be presented as plain text.

• We've made an important improvement to enhance security. Now, users on API Platform versions 4.x without ANALYTICS.EDIT permissions (permission to edit the Analytics feature) cannot create, edit, or delete Data Streaming. This change ensures that only authorized users can make modifications, better protecting the data.

Information about Data Transfer in Data Streaming

• After careful evaluation, we have decided to discontinue this information. Except for the removal of Data Transfer, the Data Streaming functionality remains unchanged.

• We've added the Calls index, with all the information from the traces, including headers and payload (request and response bodies, for example). This allows you to search with filters on these fields, making trace queries more flexible.

• We have implemented an improvement to reduce the response time for loading Dashboards and queries in General Trace.

Improvement

• The default date was changed to sensedia.received_on. With this improvement, dashboards migrated from Kibana can have results for this field grouped automatically, allowing visualization of longer periods with reduced response time.

• You can now access your historical data directly from Sensedia Analytics. Read the note about it.

Log Searching feature

• Progressing in our continued efforts to support OpenTelemetry dimensions, we are now able to display log data that Sensedia products will send to Sensedia Analytics. This functionality will be available for users who are using the new version of Access Control.

Improvements

• General Trace: reduced response time as a result of query improvements to retrieve the steps from Trace.

Fixed bugs

• Data Streaming: Access keys were being returned in lower case, which caused a configuration error when the data stream was edited.
