When an integration flow is no longer needed โ an old test, a discontinued integration, or a flow created by mistake โ you can delete it from the platform. Flows that have already been deployed can also be deleted, as long as no deployment is active.
IMPORTANTThe deletion is permanent and cannot be undone from the platform. When you delete a flow, you lose access to its deployment and execution information.
An integration flow can be deleted when:
If the flow has any deployment in a status other than Undeployed (Deploying, Deployed, Undeploying, or Error), the deletion is blocked and the platform displays the message "The Integration Flow can't be deleted if it is deployed.". In this case, remove the deployment (undeploy) of the flow before deleting it.
When you confirm the deletion, the platform removes:
To delete only a specific release and keep the flow, see the release deletion section in Creating a Release.
You can start the deletion in two places: on the Integration Flows listing screen or inside the flow itself.
On the Integration Flows screen, locate the flow you want to delete and click the trash icon (Delete Integration Flow) on the flow card.
You can also open the flow, click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner (next to the rocket icon), and select Delete.
NOTEIn old canvas (legacy) flows, click the gear icon to the left of the SAVE button and select Delete.
In the DELETE INTEGRATION FLOW modal, type Delete in the Confirm Action field.
NOTEThe YES button stays disabled until the word is typed exactly as
Delete.
Click YES. The platform displays a confirmation message and the flow stops appearing in the listing.
When the deletion is performed from inside the flow, the platform returns to the Integration Flows screen.
