What is the limit of routes that can be configured?

You can configure up to 10,000 routes per gateway pool.

This limit is defined to ensure optimal performance and environment stability. Even before reaching this limit, it’s important to review duplicate or overlapping routes, as they may affect call resolution.

To make monitoring easier, we recommend considering the following operational thresholds:

Attention	From 8,000 to 9,499 routes (≈ 80% to 95%)	Review and remove duplicate or unnecessary routes to optimize gateway pool usage. Plan expansion in advance by creating an additional gateway pool to keep the environment stable.
Critical	From 9,500 to 10,000 routes (≈ 95% to 100%)	Creating a new gateway pool is strongly recommended to prevent instability and call resolution failures.
