New business rules: Environments

To avoid synchronization issues between the API Manager and Gateway, the following actions are no longer possible:

Deleting an environment with API revisions deployed (you must first remove deployments and then delete the environment);

Editing an environment’s gateway pool (you must create a new environment for the new gateway pool and then make the necessary deployments).

Improvement

We refactored the sync flow between API Manager and API Gateway. API Manager now sends smaller and more segregated information to the API Gateway, which mitigates sync issues that occurred intermittently (example: API editing takes too long to reflect at runtime).
