Usage Limits

These limits are in place to maintain system stability.

API Analytics usage limit

To ensure efficient API Analytics usage and minimize potential issues during the update to Sensedia Analytics, consider the following limits:

• Response payload size: 6 MB
• Response timeout: 29 seconds
• Rate limit: 600 requests per second

NOTE

To ensure service stability and prevent misuse, the Rate limit threshold may be adjusted without prior notice.

Data Streaming usage limit

Simultaneous data streaming:

• Limit of up to 2 streams (contact support to request a review).

NOTE

External systems (such as analytics, storage, or monitoring platforms) may have limitations on the size of the payload they can process. If Sensedia Analytics receives a payload that is too large, the external system may reject the data transfer, resulting in data loss.
