Support Services

Support Services is the monitoring module created by Sensedia to report Open Insurance Brazil API metrics to Susep.

It provides a set of APIs to expose monitoring and health data from the APIs of the Open Insurance ecosystem. Both participants and the Central Directory can consume this data in an uncomplicated way!

The APIs that are part of this module are as follows:

Status API

Gets the description regarding the status code returned by the APIs.

Outages API

Gets the list of scheduled outages for the services.

Metrics API

Enables the Directory to get operational statistics of the APIs offered by participating Societies. This allows you to evaluate the quality of the services provided to the end user.
