Infrastructure Manager

In this page, you will find information and tools that will help you better understand the state of your gateway pools.

To access the Infrastructure Manager, you need to be logged into the API Manager.

In the infrastructure manager, you will see a list of the gateway pools you hired and the current status of each one.

The gateway pools can have the following status:

  • Operational: gateway pool operating normally;

  • Degraded: possible slowness in receiving requests;

  • Outage: gateway pool unavailable.

Click a specific gateway pool and access details such as:

  • Availability history;

  • Technical information about the environment;

  • Connectivity validation tool.
