Improvement

New account recovery flow: When an administrator reactivates a user who was deactivated, the system now automatically sends an email to the user with instructions to reset their password and regain access to their account. The user has up to 48 hours to complete the reactivation process. During this period, the account status remains “Pending” until the user completes all the steps.
