Why isn’t a feature available to my user, even after permissions were granted?
If you’ve had permissions granted for a specific feature, but it’s still not available or isn’t working as expected, the issue might be related to additional permissions that haven’t been granted.
Permission management is based on roles.
Each user is associated with at least one role, and each role has a specific set of permissions.
Some features require permissions that go beyond that single resource. This means that even if you have permission to use a primary feature, you might need other permissions for everything to function completely.
What to check:

Permissions: It’s common for a feature to require access to data or actions controlled by permissions associated with other features.

Roles: Ensure that the roles the user is associated with include all necessary permissions for the desired feature.
