Components
Components are the building blocks that enable integration with various systems, technologies, protocols, and APIs. Each component is configured with specific properties that define how it connects and interacts with external systems.
In Apache Camel, components serve two main functions:

Triggers (consumers), which receive events and data from external sources; and/or
-
Connectors (producers), which send data and messages to external systems.
